  • The redirection and payments of Council, Water Rates and Strata Levies (where applicable) we can also pay your insurances and land tax.
  • Your own DESIGNATED property manager
  • Comprehensive account management and easy to read monthly statement
  • Free of charge – End of Financial Year income and expenditure statement
  • Access to reliable professional tradespeople to provide, competitive quotes for any work required and to provide you with a tax efficient regular ongoing maintenance program of your property, 
  • Free of charge – access to data bases (Tenant Reference Association) to ensure that the appropriate tenant is placed
  • Free of charge – access to information regarding appropriate Insurances for your rental property
  • Free of charge - written current market appraisals for accounting or tax purposes,
  • Periodic inspections of your investment property, advising you of the current rental market conditions together with any improvements or maintenance that may be required,
  • Regular review of your investment property,
  • If your property is self managed or managed by another agent, we can assist in a smooth transfer with no upfront fees.
